The Rose Theater

The Rose Theater, Nebraska’s only professional children’s theater, engaged our team to design and develop a more streamlined, accessible website. As a result of the vibrant, multi-platform, city-wide membership campaign the previous year, it was evident that the website presented barriers to the ticketing and membership processes. The objective for their new website was to enhance overall user experience, improve ticketing and membership purchasing process and reflect the historic theater’s warm and inclusive atmosphere. Research, in-depth user testing and stakeholder interviews informed the website strategy. The new website launched ahead of their 75th anniversary season to welcome new and returning members.

About The Rose Theater

For more than 75 years, the Omaha Theater Company has served children and families in the Omaha area. Today, The Rose Theater is committed to inspiring young people and their families to discover the magic of theater, find their voices and to come together not just for entertainment, but to experience the magic of theater. Adults who once passed through their doors as children now bring their own families to share in the joy and wonder of The Rose. They are dedicated to offering accessible theater curriculum led by professional actors and teachers who offer classes in acting, directing, musical theater, singing, dancing and more for children ages four to 18 years old.
