Esther's expertise lies in creating authentic, long-standing relationships with clients and aligning their visions with effective strategies. Her extensive experience includes working with brands such as Hewlett Packard, Valmont Industries, Chic-fil-a, Union Pacific, Kiewit and Scoular Company. She leverages her knowledge in branding and communications within technology, agriculture, healthcare and nonprofits to provide and implement omnichannel solutions.

Community Service
Beyond her professional endeavors, Esther is deeply committed to serving and uplifting communities, particularly those of immigrants, women, girls, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and communities of color. She has made a significant impact by mentoring young entrepreneurs and industry professionals as they pursue success for themselves and their organizations. Esther's dedication to community service is further demonstrated through her role on the executive board of the Greater Omaha Chamber and her advisory position at the Latino Center of the Midlands.

Recognition
Esther has been honored with awards such as the Latino Economic Development Council Latina Entrepreneurship Award, Women on a Mission for Change Legacy Award and Women's Center for Advancement Tribute to Women Award. She has also received several accolades from the Public Relations Society of America as well as Small Business of the Month by the Greater Omaha Chamber. With more than 25 years in the field, Kate has consistently shown her commitment to helping clients effectively communicate their messages to diverse audiences in both English and Spanish. Her ability to bridge cultural gaps and develop inclusive strategies distinguishes her in the industry.

Leadership & Talent
Kate’s leadership experience in our industry makes her an expert facilitator of our strategic client sessions. She guides clients through our Cosecha Intensive™ processes with a deep intention to discover each organization's essence. As our in-house content developer, she finds joy in developing creative messaging and crafting unique storylines. Her fluency in Spanish allows her to serve as E Creative’s Spanish-language expert which provides significant value to our clients. Her skillset spans administration, operations, client relations and content strategy, further fueling her commitment to generate inclusivity and connection across cultures.

Commitment to Community
Passionate about engaging with diverse communities, Kate advocates for a comprehensive approach that enhances brands both externally with consumers and internally within organizations. She finds fulfillment in serving her clients, particularly supporting immigrants, youth, women and communities of color. Additionally, Kate has volunteered as a dual language parent in the Omaha Public School District and has served as a Superintendent Citizen Advisory Committee Member, Salvation Army Kroc Center Scholarship Committee Member, Aldersgate Preschool Board Member and assistant catechism teacher in her parish. She has participated in many local events such as the Cinco de Mayo and Dundee Days parades.

Utilizing data-driven strategies, he tailors marketing campaigns encompassing media buying, print and digital advertising, as well as social media, SMS and email marketing. Joshua collaboratively manages client social media channels to ensure that messaging and graphics effectively reach target audiences and enhance awareness.

With more than a decade spent in the agency world, Michelle has honed her expertise in delivering compelling visual narratives that captivate audiences and elevate brand identities.

As a dedicated professional, Michelle thrives on creative challenges that push the boundaries of her skills. She values opportunities that not only enhance her creative capabilities but also expand her professional network. Michelle's passion for design and storytelling enables her to approach each project with enthusiasm and a unique perspective, making her an invaluable asset to any creative endeavor.

As an accredited Squarespace Expert with over eight years of experience, Dylan is passionate about using technology and the internet to support the success of for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations. Collaborating as our Squarespace website developer, he specializes in creating accessible and efficient custom websites that expand our clients’ reach. Dylan approaches each project with a fresh perspective, focused on identifying challenges and delivering innovative solutions.

His passion for web development ignited at a young age, building his first website at just 11 years old. Since then, he has made significant contributions to numerous websites globally — gaining expertise across diverse industries, including health, hospitality, luxury products and nonprofits. Dylan's commitment to creating impactful online experiences is underscored by his continuous pursuit of excellence in web development.
