Attend the 18th annual Omaha Police Foundation Officer of the Year Awards Luncheon, chaired by the Chief Executive Officer Emeritus of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, Steve Martin. Twenty-five Omaha Police Department officers, two non-sworn personnel and the Forensics Unit will be recognized for their outstanding work in the prior year. The 2017 Officer of the Year will be chosen from among the honorees. The Forensics Unit will receive the Foundation’s Community Impact Award.
